Position Summary:. We’re hiring licensed LMFTs, LPCs, and LCSWs in Wisconsin who want to deliver personalized mental health care from a fully remote setting. In this role, you’ll support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors, guiding them toward practical tools and meaningful change.. Key Responsibilities:. . Provide private, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families. . Conduct thorough assessments to uncover client histories and needs. . Develop and implement tailored treatment plans. . Apply diverse therapeutic methods, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused care. . Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to support holistic care. . Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation. . . Active Wisconsin license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW). . Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field. . Minimum one year of independent clinical experience (telehealth experience a plus). .
