Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.. . Offer accurate information about our products and services to customers.. . Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.. . Document customer interactions in our support systems for tracking and quality purposes.. . Collaborate with team members to address complex customer problems.. . Collect feedback from customers to help improve our service offerings.. . Stay updated on product knowledge to provide informed assistance to customers.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.. .
