Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for a complex 3D, web-based platform, from concept and research to high-fidelity prototypes.. . Translate large and intricate datasets into immersive, interactive visualizations that simplify user interaction.. . Conduct user research with B2B clients in civil engineering and geospatial domains to inform design decisions.. . Develop a visual-first design system including dashboards, modular UI components, and interactive maps.. . Apply gaming and interactive design principles to create engaging, responsive user experiences.. . Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to ensure seamless integration of design with platform functionality.. . Present design concepts to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered and visually clear solutions.. . Proven experience designing data-heavy, web-based platforms with a strong focus on visual interaction and engagement.. .
