Key Responsibilities. - Own clinician recruitment, from top-of-funnel applications through offer signed and activation. - Provide a 5-star clinician experience throughout onboarding and hiring, ensuring that dietitians’ first touchpoints with the organization are best-in-class. - Recruit the best clinicians to join the team, starting with sourcing and interviewing them, subsequently convincing them to join. - Manage clinician recruitment pipelines (inbound and outbound), as well as build out new recruitment channels, managed on Ashby (ATS). - Launch clinical recruitment for brand new specialties, creating job descriptions, researching compensation, and launching interview plans. - Develop clinical recruitment rubrics and criteria by working closely with the co-founder who leads Provider Growth. - Serve as the “product manager” for the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring that interview plans and recruitment processes run smoothly. Qualifications & Skills. - At least 2 years of clinical recruitment experience in behavioral health or adjacent healthcare sectors (startup experience is a plus). - Strong communicator and storyteller, able to convey the organization’s vision and value proposition to candidates. - A people person who enjoys meeting new candidates and represents the company well. - Operationally excellent, able to manage a robust hiring and onboarding funnel with meticulous attention to detail. - Strong data analysis and quantitative skills, able to review recruiting pipeline data and act on key insights. - Comfortable in a fast-paced and results-driven environment, where good work brings new responsibilities.
