Key Responsibilities. . Source high-quality candidates for FinTech and SaaS roles, focusing on contract, fractional, and C-level positions.. . Conduct thorough candidate qualification and assessments, ensuring a strong cultural and skill match.. . Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.. . Collaborate closely with UK-based colleagues to meet hiring needs and deadlines.. . Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking information.. . Contribute to the growth and success of a new business unit, providing ideas and insights to improve processes.. . Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and development initiatives.. . Qualifications and Experience. . Minimum 3–5 years’ recruitment experience (180 or 360), preferably with international client exposure.. . Proven track record of sourcing and qualifying candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.. . Strong communication skills, with clear and professional spoken and written English.. . Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple vacancies.. . Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.. .
