Senior Microsoft Engineer (WFH) - #34591 at Manila Recruitment. Configure and manage Intune MDM for Windows and Apple devices, including ABM, APNs certificates, and token uploads. . Implement and maintain Conditional Access and Device Compliance Policies using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). . Deploy and manage applications via Endpoint Manager, including VPP integration for Apple devices. . Enforce security policies such as MFA and compliance rules. . Enhance user experience through Autopilot, macOS DEP, and self-service portals. . Support and troubleshoot AVD environments, including Azure networking, resource groups, and subscriptions. . Collaborate with teams to scope and document technical requirements and solutions. . Maintain and improve Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and 365 Defender. . Utilize PowerShell for automation and advanced configuration (a plus).. . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. . . Certifications in Microsoft technologies, with a minimum of MD-100: Windows 10 and MS-102: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security. . . Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. . . Proven experience in managing and executing client tenant migrations, AD on-premises to Azure migrations, and MDM setup and compliance management projects. . . Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. . . Advantageous Skills: . . Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as NIST and CIS. . . Advanced certifications in Microsoft technologies. . . Experience with cloud security and governance tools. . . Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools. . . Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with a range of stakeholders. . . Strong documentation and scoping experience are a plus. .
