Manage a portfolio of client accounts, driving successful outcomes across multiple industries and projects.. . Scope, estimate, and plan deliverables and timelines, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.. . Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through Workday Payroll implementations, configurations, and strategic decisions.. . Oversee client satisfaction, proactively resolving escalations and ensuring communication with leadership.. . Support sales engagements by contributing expertise in demos, project scoping, and solution design.. . Lead, develop, and mentor a remote, global team of consultants, ensuring engagement, retention, and professional growth.. . Develop tools and methodologies to improve project delivery and operational efficiency.. . Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators, such as utilization targets and client satisfaction scores.. . . Workday Payroll Certification with at least 6 years of consulting experience in payroll implementations or AMS/post-production support.. . Strong expertise in Payroll configurations including pay components, taxes, reporting, accounting, FLSA, retro, business processes, and EIBs.. . Broad business and technology understanding with awareness of HR, Financials, ERP, and Payroll industry trends.. . Proven experience leading complex projects end-to-end, applying project management and change management best practices.. . Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage escalations and resolve issues independently.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, able to influence at all organizational levels.. . Demonstrated leadership in managing global, remote teams, with skills in coaching, mentoring, and performance management.. . Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.. .
