As we scale from a passionate 20-person team, we’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape the storytelling of new innovations to our community.. We’re seeking a seasoned, AI-forward Senior Product Marketing Manager who’s excited to help people discover and enjoy wine through powerful digital experiences. You’ll be the storyteller who brings clarity to complex features and ensures our users understand not just what we’ve built, but why it matters. You’ll work at the intersection of product, design, data, and marketing, crafting positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive growth and engagement. . This is both a hands-on and strategic role. You should be as comfortable concepting a video script about a new feature as you are analyzing engagement metrics to iterate on launch strategy. . Responsibilities. . Drive feature adoption, subscriber growth, and long-term retention by translating features into compelling stories. . . Develop and execute an AI-infused product marketing strategy and roadmap. . . Own messaging and positioning across our portfolio. . . Drive go-to-market plans for new features and launches, partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, data science, and marketing. . . Create external and in-app product content such as videos, blogs, and onboarding experiences that demystify powerful tools for wine lovers. . . Understand our users deeply through qualitative and quantitative research; advocate for their needs in how we market and build. . . Analyze product performance, feature adoption, and user feedback to refine marketing strategies. . . Monitor the competitive landscape to identify positioning opportunities. . . . 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing in a digital-first, consumer-facing environment. . . Proven success launching innovative products, ideally those involving AI or machine learning. . . Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Perplexity) in your creative, research, or analytical workflows. . . Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical features into compelling benefits. . . Passion for wine, or the curiosity and humility to learn fast. . . Proficiency with data tools such as Excel/Google Sheets; bonus if you know SQL, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics. . . Collaborative, curious, and resourceful; comfortable in a fast-moving, iterative environment. . . Interview Process . Part of the interview will include a portfolio review of your work.
