Manage and grow the client’s social media presence across multiple platforms. . . Create engaging content, including graphics, captions, and short-form media. . . Monitor traction, audience insights, and engagement to optimize campaigns. . . Assist with marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and reach. . . Provide regular reports on performance, engagement, and campaign results. . . Collaborate with the client to maintain brand consistency and meet goals. . . Ensure open communication and responsiveness throughout the shift.. . Requirements. . Manage and grow the client’s social media presence across multiple platforms. . . Create engaging content, including graphics, captions, and short-form media. . . Monitor traction, audience insights, and engagement to optimize campaigns. . . Assist with marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and reach. . . . Answer and manage phone calls. with professionalism, ensuring accurate information is provided. . . . Schedule patient appointments correctly. , with attention to medical compliance (e.g., only licensed providers may administer injectables such as Botox and fillers). . . Provide regular reports on performance, engagement, and campaign results. . . Collaborate with the client to maintain brand consistency and meet goals. . . Ensure open communication and responsiveness throughout the shift.. . Preferred Qualifications. . Proven experience in . social media management, digital marketing, and content creation. . . . Proficiency in . graphic design tools. (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut or similar). . . Strong understanding of . social media analytics, trends, and audience engagement strategies. . . . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a . professional phone manner. . . . Ability to accurately . schedule appointments. and follow client-specific booking protocols. . . . Prior experience working in aesthetics, medspa, or similar healthcare settings is required.. . . Ability to thrive in a . fast-paced, high-demand environment. . . .
