Handle customer complaints and queries effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system for efficient follow-up.. . Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.. . Stay informed about industry trends and company services to provide relevant support.. . . Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or courier services.. .
