We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support while handling various administrative tasks that ensure smooth day-to-day operations.. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and has prior experience with Gorgias or similar customer support platforms. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience and contributing to the overall efficiency of our team.. Key Responsibilities: . Customer Support . . Respond to customer inquiries via Gorgias in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.. . Troubleshoot product issues, process returns/exchanges, and manage order-related queries.. . Escalate complex queries to the relevant department and ensure timely resolution.. . Maintain a consistent tone of voice and uphold the brand’s values in all communications.. . Administrative Support . . Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management.. . Support the team with scheduling, document preparation, and reporting.. . Help coordinate customer feedback and relay insights to the product and marketing teams.. . Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.. . . At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role.. . Proven experience using Gorgias (required).. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. . Highly organized with keen attention to detail.. . Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.. . Company Location: Philippines.
