They’re looking for a CRM and Asana Builder to set up, optimize, and manage their internal Salesforce CRM and Asana project management systems.. This is a hands-on, full-time role ideal for a mid-level CRM specialist who enjoys both technical setup and day-to-day administration. You’ll be responsible for getting Salesforce implemented correctly, building workflows, automations, and integrations, and helping the team use both tools effectively. Alongside CRM and project management system work, you’ll also handle some virtual assistant–type admin support tasks tied to maintaining and organizing data, reports, and communication channels.. Key Responsibilities. Set up and maintain Salesforce CRM — customize fields, workflows, and automations to match business processes, ensure data accuracy, and keep the system running smoothly.. Provide day-to-day CRM admin support — update records, manage users, create reports and dashboards, and troubleshoot basic issues.. Build and organize Asana projects — create project templates, task lists, and simple automations to help the team manage workloads and deadlines.. Support integrations and automations — connect tools like Salesforce, Asana, and email using Zapier or similar platforms.. Required Skills and Qualifications:. 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM — setup, customization, automation, and reporting..
