Provide friendly and effective support to Dutch and English-speaking customers regarding Fitbit devices, applications, and services.. . Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues via phone, email, and chat.. . Assist customers with troubleshooting, device setup, and usage of Fitbit products to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.. . Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for follow-up.. . Collaborate with internal teams to improve service procedures and showcase best practices.. .
