Your mission is to grow our subscriber base by building strong relationships with athletic departments, coaches, administrators, and organizations. You'll identify prospects, pitch our value, and guide new customers through the onboarding process.. Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads in the youth, high school, college, club, and corporate markets. . Educate potential clients about our subscription model and how it differs from traditional team apparel programs. . Close new business and ensure smooth transitions to our design and production teams. . Represent The Standard at trade shows, tournaments, and industry events. . Hit (and exceed!) monthly sales targets. . . Build a renewable client base that rewards you with recurring compensation. . . What We’re Looking For:. . Proven sales experience (2+ years), preferably in apparel, sports, or subscription services. . A love for team sports and a deep understanding of the athletic/organizational apparel buying process. . Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. . Self-starter with a drive to win and an ability to thrive in a startup environment. . Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). . Company Location: United States.
