You'll play a key role in optimizing the user journey and maximizing conversion on the top of the funnel, from the first click to registration and beyond.. Qualifications. . Experience in CRO, web analytics, or related fields 5+ years. . . Deep understanding of A/B testing principles and CRO methodologies including AI optimisation tools. . . Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, or similar tools.. . Ability to work with data, identify patterns, and draw informed conclusions.. . Experience in formulating and validating hypotheses.. . Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various teams (marketing, development).. . Attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and a proactive approach.. . Key Responsibilities. In-depth Post-Click Funnel Analysis:. . Conduct comprehensive user behavior analysis to identify bottlenecks and churn points from click/pageview to registration and subsequent stages.. . Utilize analytical tools (including GA4, Hotjar, Amplitude, AppsFlyer) to thoroughly investigate reasons for user drop-offs.. . Regularly inform the stakeholders about critical drop-off points and their presumed causes.. . Hypothesis Development and Formulation:. . Generate and propose innovative ideas to improve conversion on landing pages, application and leadgen forms, website, blog and SEO tools and initial onboarding stages.. . Formulate clear and measurable experiment designs, including defining hypotheses, key metrics, and expected outcomes.. . Coordinate hypothesis launches and audience segmentation with the stakeholders. . . A/B Testing Management:. . Collaborate closely with the development team to prepare and implement alternative versions of landing pages and forms.. . Set up and launch A/B tests, ensuring their correct execution.. . Manage AI optimisation tools if applicable. . . Collect, analyze, and interpret A/B test results, drawing conclusions for further optimization.. . Performance Testing Support:. . Upon request from the stakeholders, promptly adapt landing pages for new offers or traffic segments.. . Analyze the effectiveness of various advertising bundles (audience + creative + offer + landing page) post-click, identifying the most successful combinations.. . Actively participate in formulating hypotheses aimed at improving the interaction between creatives, offers, and landing pages.. . Systematization and Reporting:. . Maintain a detailed log of all launched tests, recording their results, conclusions, and next steps.. .
