Develop the assigned country or region by converting leads into clients and building relationships with new and existing partners.. . Actively engage trading professionals through social platforms, forums, and communities, aiming to convert them into clients or partners.. . Identify and utilize the most efficient local marketing channels to promote the company and its products effectively.. . Assist in the onboarding of clients, Affiliates, IBs, and Money Managers, while ensuring a seamless user experience in collaboration with customer support.. . Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to create sales and marketing content, negotiate partnership terms, and monitor partner performance to meet KPIs.. . Candidate Profile:. . Strong preference will be given to candidates with FX/CFD and online trading industry experience. . Native or near-native Korean is required and strong English is essential with the preference towards individuals with working experience or connections in the region. . Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, management, Economy and/or marketing and related disciplines. . Excellent communication, writing skills, customer service and negotiation skills. .
