Drive adoption of engineering best practices, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.. . Participate actively in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions to maintain high development standards.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver business-critical features on time.. . Design and implement architectures and solutions for new and existing projects, with responsibility for technology and tool choices.. .
