Institutional Business Development Manager at GoMining. We are seeking an experienced and driven . Institutional Business Development Manager.  to lead strategic partnerships with key institutional clients, drive business expansion, and unlock new growth opportunities across the crypto and fintech landscape. This role is critical to scaling our ecosystem, building long-term relationships, and shaping the future of institutional adoption.. Responsibilities:. . Identify, develop, and manage key B2B accounts, including institutional and major enterprise investors.. . Drive sales of the Gomining Institutional Fund and other core B2B products.. . Lead negotiations at the C-level and close deals starting from $500K+.. . Design tailor-made investment and infrastructure solutions according to client needs.. . Participate in the development of new B2B offerings, conduct market analysis, and provide feedback to the product team.. . Manage full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing and ongoing account management.. . . 3+ years of B2B sales experience in digital assets, fintech, banking, or IT sectors.. . Proven track record of attracting and managing institutional clients/investors.. . Strong negotiation skills and experience with investment solutions.. . Fluent English (spoken and written).. . Proficiency in pre-sale and consultative sales, with the ability to quickly master complex product offerings.. . Deep understanding of the crypto industry, digital mining, and evolving market trends.
