Responsibilities. . Assist Slovenian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing their questions and issues related to products and services.. . Provide detailed information regarding account management, order processing, and service inquiries.. . Resolve customer complaints efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.. . Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer service experience.. . Stay updated on company products and market trends to provide informed assistance.. . . Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.. .
