Full Stack Web Developer (Brazil only) at Workana. Description. We’re building a custom, . data-driven web application. that will keep evolving over time. This is a real product/system with database logic, admin workflows, user roles, and ongoing improvements; not a marketing site, landing page, or WordPress project.. We’re looking for a Brazil-based Full Stack Developer (solo or a small team) who can take ownership of delivery, maintenance, and continuous iteration. You’ll work directly with the founder, under NDA, with a long-term collaboration mindset.. Responsibilities. Build and evolve a custom web application with both frontend and backend ownership . Design and implement APIs, business logic, and database structure . Create and maintain admin panels for frequent data entry and updates . Implement user authentication, roles, and permissions . Improve performance, reliability, and scalability as the product grows .  Maintain the existing system: bug fixes, refactors, upgrades, and new features . Propose practical technical improvements (architecture, tooling, security, DX) . Communicate clearly: progress updates, tradeoffs, and realistic timelines . What This Is NOT. Not a WordPress site.
