In this role, you’ll . own the entire clinical site coordination process, . from onboarding new partner sites to placing students after they finish training. You’ll be a key part of our operations team, making sure internal systems stay sharp, placements run on schedule, and communication flows smoothly. No healthcare background is required, just operational excellence, great communication, and strong attention to detail.. Responsibilities:. . Onboard clinical sites as official partners (contracts, compliance, documentation) . . Coordinate student placements once training is complete . . Manage CRM workflows to keep all records accurate and up-to-date . . Communicate with clinical sites and students to ensure smooth onboarding . . Maintain and improve internal processes and documentation . . Support daily operations and assist with administrative tasks . . Create and refine workflows that eliminate bottlenecks and boost efficiency . . About You:. You’re an operations generalist who sees problems before they happen. You bring structure to chaos, think clearly under pressure, and move fast with purpose. You’re not just a doer, you’re a builder.. . Strategic thinker with a high IQ and systems mindset . . Detail-oriented, highly organized, and process-driven . . Clear communicator, both written and verbal (English fluency at C2 level or higher) . . Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities . . Independent, self-starter who thrives in remote teams . . . 4+ years experience in operations, project management, consulting, or similar roles . . Proven ability to build and manage systems and workflows independently . . Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal – C2 level or higher) . . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail . . Familiarity with CRMs (PipeDrive a plus) and Google Workspace . . Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably with academic honors) . .
