Conduct friendly candidate screenings in both Danish and English. . Build strong relationships with clients and candidates—your people skills really matter!. . Team up with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and find the perfect fit. . Keep our candidate databases on point with accurate record-keeping. . Support the recruitment process from start to finish with a positive attitude. . Bring your creativity to the table and help craft innovative strategies for talent acquisition. . . You must be fluent in Danish and English—let your language skills shine!. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key—let's build those connections!. .
