We are seeking a hands-on and motivational Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale our team of high-performing Sales Agents. This is a player-coach role critical to our company's growth. You will be responsible for both managing the day-to-day activities of your team and actively participating in strategic deals to drive revenue.. Your primary mission is to hire, develop, and inspire a team of hunters who are connecting with salon owners daily. You will be the architect of the team's strategy, the master of their process, and the driving force behind their success.. Key Responsibilities:. Team Leadership & Coaching:. . Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 2-5 Sales Agents, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.. . Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to review pipeline, coach on sales techniques, and support professional development.. . Design and execute targeted training programs on cold outreach, objection handling, demo delivery, and closing strategies specific to the salon industry.. . Sales Strategy & Execution:. . Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed team quarterly and annual sales targets.. . Oversee the team's outbound prospecting strategy, ensuring a consistent and high-quality flow of opportunities.. . Act as a key player in complex sales cycles, joining calls to help agents navigate obstacles and close strategic accounts.. . Performance Management & Analytics:. . Monitor, analyze, and report on key team metrics (KPIs), including call volume, email metrics, conversion rates, pipeline health, and quota attainment.. . Utilize CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to forecast accurately and identify areas for process improvement.. . Hold the team accountable for their activity and results, providing constructive feedback and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.. . Process & Optimization:. . Refine and document the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach to closed-won, ensuring scalability and efficiency.. . Equip the team with the necessary tools, resources, and competitive intelligence to win in the market.. . Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts.. . Hiring & Onboarding:. . Play a lead role in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new Sales Agents to grow the team.. . Manage the onboarding and ramp-up process for new hires, ensuring they become productive contributors quickly.. . Who You Are:. . Qualifications & Experience:. . 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.. . 1+ years of experience in a sales leadership or team lead role, directly managing outbound Sales Representatives or BDRs/SDRs.. . Experience with CRM and sales analytics; Salesforce proficiency is highly preferred.. . Deep experience with cold-calling and email outreach methodologies.. . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.. . Bonus Points If You Have:. . Previous sales experience in the salon, beauty, wellness, or SMB SaaS sectors.. .
