Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch to clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.. . Handle inquiries and provide information regarding products and services to customers.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.. . Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support processes and tools.. . Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.. . Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members as needed.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.. . Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the logistics or supply chain sector.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills.. . Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.. . Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.. .
