Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch to clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.. . Handle inquiries and provide information regarding products and services to customers.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.. .
