We are seeking a highly skilled . Sales Director, Strategic Alliances. to lead growth across a premier portfolio of Financial Services accounts. This role is responsible for navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within national banks and fintechs, moving from initial engagements to enterprise-level, multi-year agreements. In addition, it requires a sophisticated understanding of the MarTech/RegTech landscape and the executive presence to position a strategic AI platform as a mission-critical asset for senior marketing and business leaders.. This position is primarily remote but requires occasional travel within the New York area for in-person collaboration at the company office (up to once per week).. What You Will Work On. Own growth across a defined set of Strategic Financial Services accounts, including national banks, top regionals, fintechs, and card / co-brand issuers, building pipeline through a mix of self-sourced efforts, integrated campaigns, and business development support. Close initial “starter” engagements and deliberately expand them into enterprise-level, multi-year partnerships across channels, teams, and business units. Lead complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, and IT. Articulate Persado’s value as a strategic AI platform for regulated marketing, earning trusted-advisor status with senior and executive stakeholders. Partner closely with Solutions Consulting, Product, and Client teams to develop business cases, pilots, and expansion strategies. Maintain strong pipeline discipline, including accurate forecasting, deal inspection, and strategic account planning. What You Bring. 10+ years selling SaaS into Financial Services / Banks at top / senior levels to the Marketing groups and core growth Business Units (consumer lending, mortgages, cards, deposits). Solid experience with selling MarTech/AdTech/RegTech ecosystems, targeting digital marketing strategy for Financial Services via acquisition / engagement programs. Ability to manage complex net-new logo deal cycles with C-level engagement and multi-stakeholder coordination. Strong storytelling ability for both technical and business audiences, especially C-suite stakeholders. Good experience leveraging GenAI daily for productivity in research, preparation and client facing communications.
