As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead the strategic vision and hands-on execution of workflow automation initiatives, leveraging AI and intelligent automation to transform how professionals manage their work. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define scalable frameworks that improve productivity, streamline processes, and drive measurable business outcomes. Your role will combine market research, user discovery, and data-driven decision-making to shape products that deliver real value for clients and professionals. Accountabilities. . Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of AI-powered workflow automation products.. . Conduct customer interviews, analyze data, and identify high-value opportunities to improve professional workflows.. . Define business cases, ROI, and strategic roadmaps for major automation initiatives.. . Collaborate closely with UX designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to co-own problem identification, solution shaping, and outcome delivery.. . Drive cross-functional alignment around product outcomes, ensuring progress is tracked and goals are achieved.. . Partner with Product Marketing and GTM teams to define commercialization strategies and adoption plans.. . Mentor junior product managers and champion the use of AI to accelerate product discovery, validation, and delivery.. . . . 8–10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environments, including workflow automation and AI initiatives.. . Proven track record of taking complex, strategic products to market in high-growth organizations.. . Expertise in customer discovery methodologies and translating insights into actionable product strategies.. . Strong hands-on experience delivering technology products collaboratively with designers and engineers.. . Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.. . Strategic mindset with experience driving long-term growth initiatives in ambiguous environments.. . Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, able to articulate complex strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.. .
