By bridging corporate project teams, site operations, and OT groups, the Delivery Lead drives measurable value through improved safety, compliance, and efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES. . Integrated Planning: Leads the development of a coordinated project plan that aligns enterprise digital initiatives with the specific priorities of each operating unit.. . Stakeholder Engagement: Works directly with operational leaders to understand local requirements, KPIs, and scope additional needs as they emerge.. . Implementation Support: Creates detailed implementation plans for each unit, incorporating change management strategies to promote adoption and minimize resistance.. . Mentorship and Enablement: Coaches team and client operational stakeholders on the purpose and value of digital solutions, supporting knowledge transfer and confidence in daily use.. . Testing and Go-Live Participation: Facilitates operational testing activities, liaises with project managers to resolve issues, and provides on-the-ground support during go-live phases.. . Communication and Reporting: Prepares and presents weekly status updates, manages the RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) log, and ensures clear, continuous communication with project sponsors and technical teams.. .
