We’re hiring a highly organised and results-driven TikTok Shop Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of multiple TikTok Shops. You will manage a small internal team of affiliate managers, optimise storefronts, coordinate with influencers and creators, and drive revenue through shop strategies. Launch and maintain TikTok Shops for multiple brand clients. . . Manage product listings, pricing, inventory sync, promotions, and monthly Shop strategies. . . Co-ordinate with client teams for continued shop growth opportunities and strategic evolvement. . . Affiliate Management. . Support the managing of up to 2 internal Affiliate Managers and a TikTok Shop Executive across outreach, content, shop strategy & performance. . . Set goals, monitor performance to ensure regular strategic adaptions are made. . . Manage client results through weekly and monthly reporting cadences. . . Sales & Campaign Strategy. . Build and execute sales strategies including promotions, product drops, and shop-led campaigns. . . Collaborate with internal creative and paid teams to ensure shop strategies are aligned with brand goal. . . Analyse performance metrics to optimise conversion and engagement. . Reporting & Communication. . Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders. . . Act as a key contact for clients regarding TikTok Shop operations. . . Who You Are:. . Proven experience with TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.). . Deep understanding of TikTok as a platform: trends, content, creators, and commerce tools. . . Experience managing teams and/or affiliates/influencer programs. . . Highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts. . . Strong communication and client-facing skills. . . Startup or agency background is a big plus. . . Nice to Have:. . Previous experience managing DTC eCommerce stores. . . Background in digital marketing, influencer strategy, or paid social. . .
