Technical Clinical Product Specialist (Home-based/ 30 hours per week) at HealthHero. Description. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Clinical Product Specialist in our team. This is a four day/ 30 hour per week remote role, with one monthly visit to the London office. In this role, you will be responsible for building, configuring, and maintaining the technical infrastructure that powers our innovative digital health products. This role combines strong technical aptitude with clinical product knowledge to deliver scalable, reliable solutions that improve patient care. You will work at the intersection of healthcare and technology, leveraging AI, automation, and emerging digital health tools to create cutting-edge clinical products. The role requires problem-solving skills, a passion for healthcare innovation, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinicians, developers, and product managers to translate clinical needs into technical solutions..   . About the role. The post holder will have a number of key responsibilities associated with the role, including but not limited to:. Build and configure technical components for digital health platforms, clinical workflows, AI integrations, and system connections.. Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance clinical product functionality and operational efficiency.. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and clinical teams to translate clinical requirements and patient needs into robust technical solutions.. Design and maintain technical configurations for clinical decision support systems, triage algorithms, and patient-facing digital tools.. Maintain and optimise existing technical configurations to ensure performance, reliability, and clinical safety.. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly while considering clinical impact and patient safety implications.. Document technical processes, configurations, and clinical product specifications for internal knowledge sharing and regulatory compliance.. Support testing and quality assurance for new features, and clinical product updates, ensuring they meet both technical and clinical standards.. Ensure compliance with healthcare security standards, data protection regulations (GDPR, UK GDPR), and clinical governance requirements.. Stay current with emerging technologies, AI advancements, and digital health innovations to continuously improve product capabilities..  . About You.  . The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding of:. Strong technical background with experience in software configuration, system integration, or clinical product development.. Demonstrated interest in AI applications in healthcare, automation, and emerging health technologies.. Knowledge of digital health principles and understanding of clinical workflows.. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically about clinical and technical challenges.. Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.. Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and patient safety..  .
