We’re looking for a TikTok Shop / Influencer / Affiliate Content Lead to build and scale a performance-focused creator program for a high-growth health and wellness CPG brand — with a special focus on TikTok Shop creators, affiliates, and influencers.. In this role, you'll own the full creator lifecycle: sourcing talent, building influencer pipelines, executing high-converting video content, and optimizing what works. You’ll be leading the charge on both paid UGC production and organic affiliate relationships within TikTok Shop, while also managing broader creator collaborations across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.. Part producer, part creative strategist, and part TikTok native — this role is for someone who’s obsessed with content that sells, understands how to activate both customers and creators, and thrives in a fast-paced DTC environment.. What You’ll Be Doing:. Creator & Affiliate Program Management:. ● Build and manage a pipeline of 100+ creators, customers, and affiliates — including TikTok Shop creators and wellness influencers. ● Source high-potential partners through TikTok Creator Marketplace, affiliate networks, DMs, and creator outreach platforms. ● Negotiate rates, draft briefs, track deliverables, and manage ongoing creator relationships. ● Maintain a systematized CRM (Airtable/Sheets/Notion) to track contracts, content, usage rights, and performance TikTok Shop Enablement & Affiliate Growth. ● Recruit and onboard TikTok Shop creators into the brand’s affiliate program. ● Manage TikTok Shop promotional strategies: discount codes, product seeding, gifting, and commissions. ● Coordinate with performance and growth teams to identify high-impact TikTok affiliate campaigns to boost. ● Partner with internal creative and media teams to amplify top-performing TikTok Shop videos across paid channels. Creative Production & Strategy:. ● Brief creators on video concepts: from raw testimonials to "TikTok made me buy it" style demos. ● Coach talent through scripting, shooting, and editing to match platform best practices and performance benchmarks. ● Provide detailed feedback and revisions to ensure content is brand-safe, performance-optimized, and platform-native. ● Collaborate with performance marketing team to launch top content into paid media funnels. Content Scaling & Optimization:. ● Track performance across platforms and creators to identify top angles, hooks, and formats. ● Create libraries of high-performing scripts, visual references, and content briefs for repeatability and scale. ● Build feedback loops with media buyers and creative strategists to rapidly test and refine content. ● Stay ahead of trends in wellness creator content, TikTok algorithms, affiliate tools, and ad styles. ● 3+ years experience in UGC, influencer, or creator management for a high-growth DTC brand or agency. ● Hands-on experience managing creators in TikTok Shop—including affiliate partnerships, organic content, and paid amplification. ● Deep understanding of short-form content strategy across TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts. ● Skilled at sourcing, briefing, and coaching creators to deliver content that drives real performance (not just engagement). ● Highly organized and process-driven — you’re comfortable managing dozens of creators in parallel. ● Passionate about health, wellness, and the creator economy. ● Strong communicator who can align creators, internal teams, and performance stakeholders. ● Comfortable negotiating rates, usage rights, and working with legal or compliance teams as needed.
