What You’ll Do:. • Enter and book customer orders in Zoho Inventory. • Schedule shipments and ensure order accuracy . • Keep customer and order data up to date in Zoho CRM. • Support internal teams with backend order-related tasks. • Use Zoho Desk for visibility into customer requests . • Ensure clean, organized documentation of all activity. • . 3+ years of experience in data entry, order processing, or logistics . • Experience with Zoho or other cloud-based business platforms . • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized. • Self-driven and able to manage a consistent daily workload . • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
