Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer (Remote) - #34605 at Manila Recruitment. As a Senior Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer, you will help build and maintain modern web applications using Ruby on Rails 7.2. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle, turning product requirements into production-ready features. This includes building clean APIs, creating interactive front-end features with Hotwire, Turbo Streams, and Stimulus, and writing well-tested, maintainable code. You’ll join a collaborative remote team working on projects in the insurance and fintech space, where your contributions will have a direct impact on real users.. Duties and Responsibilities:. • Build full stack features with Rails 7.2, Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus. • Create and maintain APIs (REST, JSON, GraphQL). • Turn mock HTML and requirements into polished, user-ready features. • Write maintainable, well-tested code with RSpec coverage. • Contribute to DevOps and support production systems when needed. • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers in a remote-first team. . 5+ years of experience in full-stack Ruby on Rails development. . Strong knowledge of Rails 7.x, including Hotwire, Turbo streams or stimulus. . API development experience, especially with PostgreSQL or other relational databases. . Test-driven development using RSpec. . Comfortable with GitHub workflows, including: Branching strategies, Pull requests, and CI/CD Pipelines. .
