Provide comprehensive customer support to Polish-speaking clients via various channels including telephone, email, and chat.. Respond accurately to inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies in a timely manner.. Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, thus ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.. Collaborate with different departments to facilitate effective solutions to client needs.. Keep abreast of the latest product knowledge, services, and industry trends to enhance the quality of customer support.. . Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.. . Experience in customer service or support roles is highly preferred.. .
