Mission: Own and improve core user journeys by combining strong design thinking with sound product judgment, translating real user problems into simple, scalable product outcomes that move the business forward.. We’re looking for a Product Manager who combines strong product judgment with hands-on design thinking. This role owns the end-to-end experience for key product areas — from understanding user problems and shaping solutions to shipping and iterating in close partnership with engineering.. This is a hands-on role in a lean setup, with real ownership over what gets built and how it works for users.. What you’ll do. Own product discovery and delivery for core user journeys. Translate user needs and business goals into clear product direction. Shape end-to-end experiences across flows, states, and edge cases. Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes to explore and communicate solutions. Write clear product requirements and make prioritisation trade-offs. Partner closely with engineers through build, launch, and iteration. Use user feedback and data to improve shipped features. Experience. 4+ years of overall experience building digital products. A meaningful portion of this experience in UX / product design, followed by ownership of product management responsibilities. Track record of shipping and iterating on real products used by customers. Experience working closely with engineering in agile or lean teams. What we’re looking for. Experience working across product management and design. Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, and usability. Proven ownership of product outcomes, not just deliverables. Ability to operate with limited structure and high ambiguity. Clear communicator with good product judgment. Bias toward execution and continuous improvement. Who will succeed in this role. Someone who started their career in design (UX / product / interaction) and gradually took on product ownership. Comfortable moving between user research, design thinking, and product decision-making. Thinks in journeys and systems, not just features. Enjoys owning problems end-to-end rather than working from detailed briefs. Can balance craft with speed, and quality with pragmatism. Works well in lean teams with close collaboration and few handoffs. Nice to have. Background in UX, product design, or frontend development. Experience in early-stage or fast-moving product teams. Exposure to consumer products, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms. Comfort using design tools as part of the product workflow. Why this role matters. This role sits close to the product’s core. You’ll have meaningful influence over both what we build and how it feels to use, with the opportunity to shape the product as it grows.. This role will be hybrid for applicants based in Singapore and fully remote for applicants based in India.. The interview process.
