We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven marketer to own and execute Bodily’s organic social media presence and influencer marketing program. You’ll lead our content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms—creating content yourself, engaging our audience, and building partnerships with influencers and experts.. This is a full-time contractor role structured as a monthly retainer. Social Media (60%). . Own strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other organic channels . . Develop and manage a rolling content calendar (~5 posts/week) that supports brand and business priorities . . Concept, write, shoot, and edit content—including short-form video and original graphics . . Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy that brings our voice and content pillars to life . . Respond to comments and mentions; engage with aligned brands and creators to build community . . Track performance and report regularly; use insights to inform what’s next . . Continuously surface ideas, test them, and adjust based on what the data shows . . Influencer Marketing (40%). . Identify and engage influencers and creators aligned with our brand and mission . . Negotiate mutually beneficial terms, starting with product seeding and growing into paid collaborations . . Manage influencer partnerships end-to-end: outreach, contracting, briefing, asset review, and performance tracking . . Ensure influencer content aligns with marketing campaigns and delivers ROI . . Maintain a clear, organized system for tracking outreach, activations, and results . . Qualifications. . 4–6+ years of experience managing brand social media and influencer programs . . Demonstrated ability to create compelling short-form video content—must submit examples with your application . . Strong video editing and graphic design skills; must be able to create assets independently . . Proven track record of growing followers and engagement across platforms . . Deep understanding of platform best practices, content formats, and audience behavior . . Excellent copywriting and editorial judgment—you can make complex topics relatable and digestible . . Highly analytical—you use data to evaluate performance and iterate intelligently . .
