As an LMFT in a telehealth setting, you’ll provide structured therapy sessions that help clients improve relationships, communication, and emotional regulation. Your day-to-day work focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing counseling—while keeping clean documentation and collaborating with the care team as needed.. Responsibilities. Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via secure telehealth platforms. Complete intake assessments, clinical impressions, and treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based interventions aligned with client goals. Maintain timely, accurate documentation (notes, updates, discharge planning). Monitor risk and follow safety protocols when needed. Coordinate care with internal teams or referral partners as appropriate. Active Colorado license as . LMFT. (in good standing). Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field. Experience providing psychotherapy (telehealth experience is a plus). Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth technology. Ability to manage a full-time caseload during standard business hours.
