Accountabilities:. · Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles. · Partner with hiring managers to align hiring needs with business goals. · Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a mix of traditional and innovative methods. · Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs. · Analyze recruitment data to improve hiring processes and candidate experience. · Ensure clear, respectful, and engaging communication throughout the candidate journey. · Stay up to date with market trends and act as a brand ambassador for the company. · Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment practices. · Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Senior Recruiter, especially in tech hiring. · Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and local/EU talent markets. · Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse or similar). · Data-driven mindset with the ability to assess and improve recruitment performance. · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, remote environment. · A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. · Fluency in English is required.
