We’re currently looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual (Spanish - English) Insurance Claims Specialist to support a Commercial Insurance team. If you’re highly organized, proactive, and love helping clients and teams run smoothly, we’d love to meet you!. What You’ll Be Doing:. Handle incoming calls related to First Notice of Loss (FNOL) and deliver excellent telephone customer service with empathy and professionalism. Interact with policyholders, claimants, agents, and internal teams to support the FNOL process for Property and Casualty claims. Enter FNOL report details, loss information, and claim documentation into the system. Electronically file documentation and assist with services such as mitigation letters, towing/salvage coordination, coverage verification, and policy reviews. Support the team by processing invoices and managing vendor coordination. Maintain accurate client and policy records by entering up-to-date information into the system. Spot opportunities to improve workflows and suggest more efficient ways to handle admin tasks. What We’re Looking For:. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. Prior experience in administrative support, preferably in an insurance or professional services setting. Based in Mexico (strongly preferred, due to time zone alignment and team needs). Available to work in US time zones. Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer. Technical Requirements:. Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor). Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam. Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps). Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace. Company Location: Mexico.
