Qualifications & Experience:. Minimum 2 years’ experience in agency recruitment (360 or delivery), ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.. Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple industries.. Proven ability to manage competing priorities, tight deadlines, and client expectations.. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—both with clients and candidates.. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.. Must have access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection..
