Provide accurate information regarding property listings, pricing, and availability.. . Assist customers with the purchase or rental processes, ensuring a smooth experience.. . Resolve customer complaints and challenges swiftly and effectively.. . Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance service delivery.. . Maintain and update customer records and interactions in CRM systems.. . Provide feedback on customer trends and insights to improve service offerings.. . . Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English.. . Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in real estate.. .
