Responsibilities. Job Posts:. Regularly post, manage, and optimize a high volume of online job postings on platforms like Indeed utilizing established templates and guidelines.. Meta Ad Management:. Develop and manage Meta PPC campaigns to drive results for both client and business growth.. Multi-Channel: . Launch and manage additional marketing channels (such as email campaigns, blogs, newsletters, etc.) to expand our marketing reach.. Collaboration:. Coordinate with marketing partners/contractors including copywriters, designers, SEO agencies, developers, etc to efficiently execute strategies.. A/B Testing:. Implement systematic A/B testing processes to refine ad performance, targeting, and messaging.. Analytics:. Track, analyze, and report KPI’s to gauge efficiency of marketing channels, enhance performance, and drive strategic decision-making.. Process Development: . Help build scalable and replicable systems, templates, and processes for future team growth and efficiency.. 4+ years of PPC advertising experience minimum. (B2B preferred). 2+ years of full-time remote experience. (hybrid/covid not applicable). Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in Meta ad creation and management is a strong advantage. Well-rounded skillset w/ ability to write copy, visual assets, analyze results, etc. Advanced skills in analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making. Stellar written communication skills with the ability to craft and refine engaging ad copy, value propositions, etc.. Working at-home computer with reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps+). Highly organized with strong project management and prioritization abilities. In-depth AI, Automation, and/or Integration expertise is a plus. Company Location: United States.
