In this role, you will oversee vulnerability management across cloud (AWS, Azure) and SaaS environments, identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating security risks. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, AppSec, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to ensure effective risk reduction and compliance with regulatory standards. Accountabilities:. · Lead and assist vulnerability management operations across cloud and SaaS environments.. · Configure, tune, and operate vulnerability management tools (e.g., Tenable One, Qualys).. · Prioritize vulnerabilities using threat-based models (EPSS, CVSS, CISA KEVs) and coordinate remediation with SOC and threat intelligence teams.. · Track and report remediation SLAs, risk acceptance, and exceptions.. · Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, dashboards, and documentation for vulnerability tracking and reporting.. · Correlate vulnerability findings with threat intelligence to assess real-world risk.. · Participate in incident response activities related to critical vulnerabilities and zero-day threats.. · Maintain asset inventories and vulnerability baselines, and assist with remediation verification and rescanning.. · Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations or vulnerability management.. · Hands-on experience with vulnerability management platforms (Tenable, Qualys, or equivalent) in cloud-native environments.. · Deep understanding of cloud security principles, particularly AWS and Azure.. · Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOX, and FRAPRA.. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating cross-functional remediation efforts.. · Ability to present risk findings to both technical and executive audiences.. · Knowledge of scripting and automation to streamline vulnerability assessments..
