US Healthcare Client Management (Remote) at Global Finance Teams. As a Healthcare Client Management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing client relationships within the healthcare sector. Your role will involve ensuring client satisfaction, managing service delivery, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. You will work remotely and effectively communicate with clients to meet their needs and expectations..  . Responsibilities. . Manage and nurture relationships with key healthcare clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.. . Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.. . Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services that meet client expectations.. . Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins to assess needs and gather feedback.. . Identify opportunities for upselling services and enhancing client value.. . Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service delivery in the CRM system.. . Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.. Proven experience in client management, preferably in the healthcare industry.. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.. Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.. Familiarity with CRM systems and client management software..
