Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding our food delivery app.. . Assist users with order placements, tracking deliveries, and troubleshooting any issues.. . Provide information about menu options, promotions, and service areas.. . Log and document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and service improvement.. . Collaborate with delivery personnel and restaurant partners to resolve delivery issues.. . Stay updated on app features, food safety practices, and customer preferences to enhance service delivery.. . Encourage customer engagement by promoting app features and ensuring customer satisfaction.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required.. .
