This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced product professional to drive the strategy and execution of a robust data platform that supports a wide range of analytical, clinical, and business intelligence needs. You will collaborate closely with engineering, AI/ML, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and fit for purpose. The position involves defining strategic data stores, implementing data governance practices, and creating tools that enable downstream users to make data-informed decisions. Accountabilities. . Define, deliver, and own strategic data stores supporting multiple downstream use cases.. . Establish requirements for storing, accessing, and maintaining patient and operational data.. . Champion data quality and stewardship best practices across teams and partners.. . Collaborate with technology teams to develop and maintain data contracts, ensuring schema integrity and pipeline reliability.. . Support the creation and maintenance of data dictionaries to standardize definitions and improve usability.. . Enforce data governance practices, including lineage, access controls, and compliance.. . Act as a platform evangelist to promote adoption of well-documented, trusted data assets.. . . 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role, with 2+ years focused on data platforms or analytics.. . Deep understanding of healthcare data, cloud platforms, data warehousing, ETL processes, dashboards, and predictive analytics.. . Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.. .
