Own and maintain the modern data platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalability across systems.. . Monitor and optimize Snowflake, dbt transformations, data ingestion pipelines, and Tableau analytics layers.. . Build data pipelines and APIs to connect across data systems and unlock new business capabilities.. . Implement data engineering best practices, including CI/CD workflows, testing, and documentation.. . Design and maintain scalable dbt models and ELT pipelines supporting analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use cases.. . Partner with analysts and stakeholders to deliver trusted, business-ready data sets.. . Reduce complexity and optimize storage and consumption costs.. . Design and maintain dashboards, including Tableau administrative management.. . Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to translate business requirements into engineering solutions.. . Identify and implement efficiencies in platform architecture, data processes, and pipeline performance.. . . 5+ years of experience in data engineering or similar roles, with a strong track record of modern data infrastructure development.. .
