Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding streaming services.. . Assist users with account setup, subscription management, and content information.. . Troubleshoot technical issues impacting streaming access, playback, and user experience.. . Document all customer interactions accurately for tracking and quality purposes.. . Work closely with team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.. . Stay updated on new content releases, platform features, and company announcements.. . Gather feedback from customers to contribute to service enhancements.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required.. . Experience in customer support, particularly within streaming or entertainment, is preferred.. . Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.. .
