Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.. . Engage passive candidates and articulate compelling messages to generate interest in open roles.. . Pre-screen and qualify leads before passing them on to the recruiting team.. . Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve performance and conversion rates.. . Qualifications:. . 2+ years of experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruiting, preferably for hard-to-fill or specialized roles.. . Proven success in identifying and engaging passive candidates.. . Strong research skills and proficiency with Boolean search techniques.. . Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Entelo, or similar.. . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.. . Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.. . Must be able to speak, understand read and write English. . . Preferred:. .
