Payments and Financial Oversight. Monitor credit card and ACH usage. Manage refunds, disputes, and failed payment recovery. Work with payment providers when escalations are required. Customer Experience. Serve as escalation point for complex customer issues, providing assistance through phone calls and emails. Manage customer profiles, service preferences, and recurring plans. Reporting and Performance Tracking. Produce weekly reports covering order volume, revenue, average order value, subscription retention, and failed payment rate. Cross Functional Coordination. Coordinate with drivers and laundry facility teams to ensure operational alignment. Work with marketing on promotions, referral programs, and subscription growth. Test new features in staging before live deployment. 2 - 5 years of experience in ecommerce operations, logistics, or subscription based services.
