Accountabilities:. · Own and manage the entire RCM sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution. · Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets focused on healthcare provider accounts. · Deliver persuasive presentations to executive-level decision-makers including CFOs and VPs of Revenue Cycle. · Identify high-value prospects and build a robust pipeline of opportunities. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful handoff and client onboarding. · Lead large enterprise deal negotiations, often exceeding $1M+. · Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. · Drive account expansion opportunities within existing clients by tracking performance metrics and KPIs. · 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in healthcare IT, RCM, or financial workflow tools. · Demonstrated ability to sell into complex provider organizations and close strategic deals. · Strong understanding of healthcare provider operations and revenue cycle challenges. · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment. · Skilled in navigating long sales cycles and building relationships with executive stakeholders. · Excellent communication and consultative sales skills, including ROI analysis and solution alignment. · Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce for tracking, forecasting, and reporting. · Comfortable working in a startup environment with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
